Adoption Update 10/12/2007
Our court documents were submitted on Tuesday - woohoo! Now we wait for the assignment of the judge and prosecutor and soon thereafter a preliminary court date. We are hoping to get the preliminary court date next week. Will keep everyone posted.

Any news yet on a court date? Our situation was not normal, but we received a court date about two weeks after docs were sumbitted and then the court date was a month away (because the judge was on vacation) Usually what I understand is that Tanya goes to submit paperwork each Tuesday (as you know); on the following Tuesday she checks to see if a court date has been assigned (usually a tentative date is assigned by then. Hopefully you will hear something soon.
