We are living almost directly south to southwest from there in Dalian, China. We are interested in your experience in Russia and the process you have followed to date....we are also considering another adoption, but as you can tell from a couple of posts ago on our blog we are not overly excited about re-entering Ukraine...yet.....Good luck to the three of you and enjoy Vladivostok the weather should be good.
