Ukraine does not permit selecting a child from photolistings, so I generally avoid them. You have to select your children through the National Adoption Center in Kiev in person.
We can discuss agencies through e-mail. The agency we are working with only does adoptions for countries that permit independent adoptions. Their specialty is processing the paperwork for you and connecting you with facilitation teams in-country. More in e-mail…
