Well, I almost feel like I should eat my words, as our documents have not only been cleared by customs, but already picked up by our facilitator!

Good news, indeed!!
Ran accross your website when I googled, Regulatory agency clearance delay Ukraine. Good to know that my letter may actually be picked up. Anyway, I enjoyed your website. Almost like reading my diary. We started the process in May. Dossier was at the NAC in Oct. Got regristration from the NAC on Dec. 24th. Sent letter asking for appointment on Dec 24. We are now stalled in customs. We are also hoping for April or May. Good Luck.
