Gainfully employed at last! 8/19/2003
It’s true, folks. I’m finally employed again. This time much more happily than last time, which ended abruptly just one day shy of benefits eligibility.
I am now employed by ISEC, Inc. where they are treating me decently, paying me adequately, giving me generous benefits with a short eligibility period, and to which my commute is less than 4 miles!
It was a long wait and I’ll not pretend I was patient. Patience is a virtue I was not naturally blessed with! Still, I must have some persistence in me, though, since all the job-seeking efforts have finally paid off.
Financial stability? What’s that? Dare I dream that we might know it again?!
