Foiled once…hopefully not this time! 9/23/2001

According to this article from the BBC news, the Clinton administration tried to do away with Osama bin Laden. The plan failed, but even Clinton is expressing optimism that the Bush administration with global cooperation could succeed.

I sure hope he’s right.
